Biomedical Device Innovation:

The biomedical device innovation program is a one-year rotation program designed to provide high-potential, new college graduates with an optimal learning and design and development experience at an early point in their professional career.

During this one- year program, new graduates receive the opportunity to design and enhance medical/surgical products by partnering with product development engineers, regulatory affairs personnel, marketing personnel, quality assurance personnel, outside suppliers and surgeons. These experiences and access to our resources help new graduates become well-rounded, results-driven leaders who are ready to make an impact on the healthcare industry.

Market Development:

The Market development Program is one-year rotation program designed to provide high-potential, new college graduates (with majors in Marketing /finance) with an optimal learning and development experience at an early point in their professional careers. This program is focused on identifying and enhancing specific skills and experiences that will position the participants to make a strong impact on the organization. Participants complete the program with the background needed to fast track their careers, with enhanced skills and expertise developed through a training curriculum designed to accelerate the learning process.

Participants receive the opportunity to build strong company knowledge and enhanced relationships while working to develop a personal career roadmap that aligns to their specific career aspirations.
